IN for Faculty and Staff IN for MBA Students

You won't believe what we've got in store for you.

Over the last couple of years, you've observed a number of exciting changes at work in the School. We have a new mission statement, an increased emphasis on technology, a revised curriculum and an emerging entrepreneurial spirit... But where do you - our alumni - fit in?

Take a look at the steps we've already taken.

We're investing. Recently, the Business School entered into a partnership with the University of Washington Alumni Association to enhance our alumni outreach activities. As a result of this partnership, the Business School hired its first Alumni Relations Manager in June 2001. I'm here to develop a comprehensive program of events and services for you.

We're communicating. We are exploring new ways of sharing information with you. We've redesigned and enhanced the School's Web site and are increasing circulation of our quarterly e-newsletter. Collecting alumni e-mail addresses is vital to improving our communications, so take a minute to update your contact information with us today.

We're collaborating. The School's partnership with the UW Alumni Association brings a wealth of resources to the table. From event planning to development of an alumni database, we are working together to continue delivering value to you long after graduation.

We're building community. Allow me to share a few examples of what we are working to make available for you: mentoring, educational programs, a lecture series, online message boards, networking and social events. We want to connect you to one another, to the students and to the School.

Your thoughts, ideas and participation are crucial to our success. Be a career contact for students, serve on a planning committee or attend an upcoming event. We have lots of opportunities for you to get involved.

We mean business!
