BEDC offers inner-city business owners scholarships to participate in short courses (two or three days) as well as a nine-month Management Program provided by the Michael G. Foster School of Business Executive Education.

Course topics include accounting, financial management, or marketing.

Business Owners who have been a part of the BEDC Business Assistance Program are eligible to receive scholarships that cover the majority of the cost for these courses.
