The BEDC Leadership Team is a talented group of young individuals whose primary goal is to assist in the development of small businesses in economically distressed/emerging communities. Participating students conduct projects with corporate leaders, small business owners, community leaders, elected officials, and other undergraduate students. Leadership Team members are also given the opportunity to network throughout various industries, enhance their professional growth, and expand their qualifications and skill sets.

Students who have participated in the BEDC’s Consulting Projects (MKTG 445) and have demonstrated excellent leadership, a strong work ethic and dedication to giving back to the community are invited to join the Leadership Team.
