The 2nd National Diversity in Business Research Conference will bring together many of the nation’s leading and emerging researchers to share the results of their current research and to stimulate new research questions that will develop a deeper understanding about issues related to improving the:
  • success of minority-and women-owned businesses,
  • ability of corporations to reach a diverse customer base, and
  • capability of companies to increase the racial, ethnic, and gender diversity in all levels of management.

This conference will increase the quantity and quality of research about diversity in business and develop relationships between some of the nation’s leading diversity researches; and further develop the research skills of doctoral students of color the will lead to increased diversity among business school faculty across the nation.

The conference will address three major themes:

• Minority & Women Entrepreneurship
• Management Issues
• Multicultural Marketing
