EUSA European Internship Program

Are you looking for a way to apply what you have learned at the UW in a professional setting?  Have you considered taking this experience abroad?  Undergraduate University of Washington students are eligible to apply for internships in London during Summer Quarter or for internships in Geneva and Madrid during Fall Quarter.

EUSA places internships in a variety of fields.  Their goal is to place students in a customized internship that meets their academic needs.  A sampling of fields includes:

  • Arts & Culture
  • Business, Finance & Economics
  • Television, Film & Journalism
  • Politics, Government & Ethics
  • Healthcare & Social Issues
  • Marketing, Public Relations & Advertising

Applications
Applications are due at 5:00 pm, Thursday, January 24, 2008 in Lewis Hall 313. Incomplete applications will not be considered.  A complete application consists of the following items:

  • Completed application form
  • Essay
  • Current Curriculum Vitae
  • One letter of recommendation from a university professor
  • One letter of recommendation from current or previous employer
  • Unofficial transcript(s) from all universities and colleges attended

* Update November 14, 2007: The London price has increased by $208 to include a new mandatory visa for non-EU students participating in the program. If you have EU citizenship, you will pay the original program fee of $6535.
