Business Plan Competition

The UW Business Plan Competition is the marquee event for the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. In the past eleven years, the UW Business Plan Competition has awarded $757,000 in prize money to 71 student companies. The competition is designed to promote student ideas and venture creation by providing a forum in which students can present new business concepts to local venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, and investors. Environmental Innovation Challenge

The University of Washington is launching a competition in which interdisciplinary student teams work collaboratively to develop solutions to a new Environmental Innovation Challenge (EIC), a specific problem of environmental significance. Teams will have roughly six months to work through the idea formation, technological development, and the market analysis and business planning. Learn more.
