CIE supports "Entrepreneurs & Innovators," the SCCtv program that focuses on the careers of entrepreneurs who see new opportunities in
established markets. Watch Linda Pruitt (MBA 2001) talk about the Cottage Company and
Fran Bigelow (BA 1965) discuss her transition from accounting to Fran's Chocolates.
Both women are skilled and successful entrepreneurs, and neither of them let the existence of well-established competitors deter them from
their entrepreneurial goals.
