CISB students are required to volunteer for a minimum of nine hours of work per year, working on CISB events or internationally-oriented community service. CISB encourages students to exceed the minimum as a way not only to help out but also to get to know fellow students. Hours are recorded and submitted by the event chair and sent to the track presidents, who in turn submit the information to the vice president of CISB IS for posting. Students can get more information and monitor their posted volunteer records on the CISB student Web site.
