HEADER: Career Services

As a student in the Executive MBA Program you have access to several career development and networking opportunities throughout the program at no cost to you. Whether you are looking for a new job or want to investigate a specific industry, we offer career services to assist you as you go through the process.

Individual Career Coaching
The EMBA Program has a dedicated career professional who is available by appointment to discuss your specific career and job search needs and challenges.

Career Resources
The Foster Business Library houses a collection of business periodicals, industry directories, and career management materials.

Husky Career Network (formerly Career Connections) is the UW Alumni Association's online database of alumni of the Michael G. Foster School of Business and graduates of other UW colleges and schools. These alumni have volunteered to provide information on their industries, companies, and job functions, to discuss their own career paths, and to offer suggestions to students and fellow alums considering similar careers or career transitions.

Executive Networking Events
As an EMBA student you will have the opportunity to network with students in the North America and Regional EMBA classes and with students in the Technology Management MBA Program. Networking events are held twice a year on the Seattle and Kirkland campuses and feature professional speakers on a variety of business topics. Past topics include "Starting A Business: Lessons Learned from Alumni" and "Conflict Management - Executive Style."
