Application process
In the Executive Development Program, you can build knowledge and develop leadership skills without needing to fulfill graduate degree requirements. The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is not required. Work performance, scope of responsibility and leadership potential are more important factors in the application process than a college degree.
Is the Executive Development Program right for you?
Due to the rigor of the MBA-level curriculum, the Executive Development Program is ideal for mid to senior level professionals with at least five years of management experience. Those who benefit most from the general management courses usually have experience with large-scale projects and enterprise-wide scope. The application process considers several factors that can enhance an individual’s candidacy, including sponsor recommendation, global experience and career succession planning.

The admissions committee may select finalists based on the following criteria:
- If from a large corporation, does the candidate manage two or more key activities? Has he or she been nominated by upper management?
- If from small to medium companies, is the candidate the owner, general manager, or director? Does he or she report directly to top management?
- If from non-profit or government agencies, does the candidate’s position involve general management and does he or she directly influence services provided?
Application deadline
Applications for the Executive Development Program are considered throughout the year. Fully qualified applicants are admitted. Applicants are encouraged to begin the process early to secure sponsorship.
