Effective June 2006
Payment Method
Registrants may pay by check, credit card, or submit a purchase order for later invoice. Due to high demand and limited seating, space is ultimately reserved upon receipt of your tuition. If the full registration fee or purchase order has not been received 5 working days prior to the start of the program, registrants have the option to provide a credit card guarantee to reserve their space.
Your payment will be processed by Student Fiscal Services (SFS) at the University of Washington. SFS processes checks electronically using the information on the check to create an electronic funds transfer. Each time you send a check, you authorize a one-time electronic transfer where funds will be withdrawn from your bank account. You will not receive your cancelled check because SFS is required to destroy the check after it has been processed. For more information or to stop the conversion of your check into an electronic funds transfer, please contact Executive Education at (206) 543-8560 or by email at execed@u.washington.edu.
Withdrawal and Transfer Policy
All withdrawals, transfers or substitutions must be confirmed in writing (e-mail is acceptable). Executive Education keeps a waiting list for prospective students. Out of consideration for those on the waiting list and to ensure enough time for pre-mailed materials to be received, our withdrawal policy is as follows:

- 100% refund for withdrawal
- There is no administrative fee assessed for transferring of registration to a future seminar*
- Appropriate substitutes are allowed with no administrative fee
14 to 27 days before program start date
- $100 withdrawal fee assessed
- Withdrawals made after pre-mail materials have been sent will result in a $200 material fee unless all materials are returned in “like new” condition to the Executive Education office.
- There is no administrative fee assessed for transferring of registration to a future seminar*
- Substitutes will be allowed on a case by case basis
1 to 14 days before program start date
