Bio
Deborah Medlar, JD, LLM, CPA, New York University. . She has been involved
in WSCPA, having received the Outstanding Accounting Educator Award in 1998.
She received the 2002 University of Washington School of Business Teaching
Excellence Award for Faculty Expending Most Time and Efforts on Students.
Prior to teaching at UW Deborah was a tenured professor at Central Washington
University where she received top ratings in her department over a 5 year
period. She conducts seminars, volunteers in the community, and participates
in a number of service activities. Her teaching responsibilities include
individual income tax, estate and gift, property, and taxation of trusts.
