2007 Best Case Awards
Dean Jim Jiambalvo has cited three outstanding case studies in the second annual case awards.

Vandra Huber presents a fascinating scenario of business intrigue in “Costco Pharmacy Services: Case of the Missing Drugs." The disappearance of OxyContin® is at the core of the case, and the profiles (all PDFs) of Sam (Samantha) a young pharmacist, Alex, her supervisor and aspirant to district manager, and Costco help students to tackle the case.

Jane Kennedy and Bob Bowen collaborated on "Exxon Mobil Corporation: The Politics of Profit," a case study enlivened with political cartoons and corporate history as it examines the concept of LIFO (last-in, first-out) accounting.
Dick Nolan and Subodha Kumar also produced a winning case, “Information Technology-Based Innovation at Alaska Airlines."
