HEADER: Course Descriptions (UW)
Summer Quarter (July through September)

English Language Instruction
Managers admitted to the program must have solid English language skills. Coursework at Yonsei University is taught in English; however, the cultural transition upon arrival in the U.S. may require additional study. To facilitate this, students receive six weeks* of advanced English study at the University of Washington. Taught by language faculty, the instruction emphasizes both written and oral communication skills. But this training does much more than just address language -- it prepares students for the rigorous academic challenges of the upcoming nine months of management studies.

*Students whose TOEFL score is below 237 and who do not pass the minimum language proficiency test, will be required to study English for three additional weeks in July.
