"The GEMBA Program taught me that there is a difference between leadership and management. Leaders can change organizations through innovation. The theories and cases I studied taught me how to apply innovation at my workplace. Having this experience at the University of Washington was an added benefit. The safety and security of Seattle, its natural beauty, and the way local people appreciate Asian culture made the experience truly unforgettable."
