The University of Washington provides national dial-in Internet service for its faculty, staff, and students. Local number dial-in is provided across the Puget Sound region, and charge-back dial-in is provided nationally via an 800 number. Note that charge-back dial-in via the 800 number requires a UWATS PIN number (the same PIN as used to place long-distance calls from an office phone), in addition to the UWNetID and associated password that all dial-in services require.

A current list of dial-in numbers may be found at: http://www.washington.edu/computing/connect/dialins.html

For a complete dial-in solution, including a database of the dial-in numbers included in the above list, you may also download the UWICK starter kit here.
