All computers in the Business School have access to all shared printers, and the ability to print to them is only a couple of clicks away!

1. Choose "Run" from the "Start" menu on your PC.

2. In the "Open:" box, type: \\shasta for MacKenzie printers or \\uran for all others.
(It's very important to use the backslash key -- above "Enter" -- rather than the slash key -- next to "Shift".)

3. Click "OK", and, momentarily, a window full of printers and directories will open.

4. Double-click any printer that you'd like to enable on your PC.

That's all there is to it. In the print dialogs of all of your applications, you'll now have the option of any printers you've double-clicked.
