If you only share your calendar follow these directions. If you need additional delegate control scroll down to "Alternate Method".
- Open Outlook

- Click "Calendar"
- Click "Share My Calendar..."
- Write down the "Name" and "Permission Level" for each person.
If the "Permission Level" is listed as "Custom". You will need to note all
the check boxes.

ALTERNATE METHOD
- Open Outlook

- Click "Tools->Options..."

- Click the "Delegates" tab.

- For each user select their name and click the "Permissions..." button.
- Write down all the permissions that are not "None" and any checkboxes that are
checked.
