If you only share your calendar follow these directions. If you need additional delegate control scroll down to "Alternate Method".
  1. Open Outlook

  2. Click "Calendar"

  3. Click "Share My Calendar..."

  4. Write down the "Name" and "Permission Level" for each person.
    If the "Permission Level" is listed as "Custom". You will need to note all the check boxes.

 

ALTERNATE METHOD
  1. Open Outlook

  2. Click "Tools->Options..."
     

  3. Click the "Delegates" tab.
     

  4. For each user select their name and click the "Permissions..." button.

  5. Write down all the permissions that are not "None" and any checkboxes that are checked.
