Marketing & Communications Update

The new Marketing & Communications team is nearly assembled and we're re-tooling the way we work to truly serve the Foster School of Business at-large. We're also using research to better capture and articulate what makes this business school unique, and we're preparing to roll-out the new Foster School visual identity. Below are some highlights.

New Foster School of Business Identity
Great news! We are very close to finalizing our new Foster School logo, which will be unveiled VERY soon. I realize everyone is anxious to see and begin using the new logo, so I appreciate your patience over the last few months in getting to this stage. While the logo is nearly complete, we are still in the process of developing style guidelines which are critical to ensuring consistent use of our logo in a way that will not cause confusion in the marketplace. Style guidelines will be shared within the next month. If you are printing materials before the new logo and guidelines are unveiled, please continue to use the UW Business School logo and place the following text below it "The UW Business School is now the Michael G. Foster School of Business." With the unveiling of the new identity system and its systematic application across the School, we can expect to advance our image recognition and ultimately our reputation over time. If you have any questions, please contact Pam McCoy
(616-2452) or Steve Bangs (685-3932).
