Year One Requirements
- 3 integrated core courses (16 credits Autumn, 14 credits Winter, 8 credits Spring)
- 1 leadership development course (2 credits Spring)
- 2 elective courses (8 credits Spring)
Each core course consists of several instructional modules of varying lengths. During Spring quarter, in addition to core courses, you complete the equivalent of two 4-credit elective classes, which introduce subjects for further study in the second year and prepare you for summer internships. Throughout the first year, you will participate in a Global Leadership and Strategy Speaker Series, in which top-level global business leaders share their experiences.
Year Two Requirements
- 3 core courses: a 1-credit Intensive Simulation/Exercise (Autumn), a 4-credit course in Analysis of Global Economic Conditions (Autumn or Winter) and a 4-credit Ethical Leadership course (Winter)
- 9 elective courses of 3-4 credits each for a minimum total of 32 credits (MBA elective requirement)
