Please join us in welcoming Sigrid Olsen to our staff as Assistant Director of MBA Program Operations. She will be working closely with Barby Pearson to provide services to the students in our various programs. She will focus on elective registration, planning orientation programs and other events, and liaising with our student organizations, among other things. Sigrid comes to us with a wealth of experience in admissions, career services, and student services, having worked at Trinity Lutheran College, Bellevue Community College, and Seattle University. She is also finishing up a master's degree in Student Development Administration at Seattle University. You can reach Sigrid at olsens3@u.washington.edu or stop by the MBA office to say hello.

LAST CHANCE: File for Winter Quarter Graduation by February 24
If you wish to graduate at the end of winter quarter but have not yet filed your online graduation application, do it this week!! You should complete the online application by Sunday, February 24th. (After that date, you may file for winter graduation until March 9; however, you will also pay a late fee of $250.)

Spring Quarter Elective Bid Results
The results of bidding for both advanced core options classes and regular elective courses for spring quarter are currently being processed. Results of bidding will be distributed next week, with results of regular elective bidding going out by the end of the day on Feb. 26 and the results of advanced core option bidding going out by the end of the day on Feb. 27.

Next week's newsletter will have a summary of the dates when you can request additional spaces in classes or make changes to your schedule.

First-Year Full-time and Evening MBAs: Spring Section Assignments/ Schedule
The section assignments for spring quarter core classes will be distributed during the week of February 25. The full-time spring core schedule is available online now, and the evening core schedule is currently being finalized and will be posted next week.
