Environmental Management Program Information Session

Victor Yagi from the Environmental Management Program will hold an information session for MBA students interested in learning more about this certificate program.

ENTRE 509 G/H Instructor
The instructor for ENTRE 509 G/H is Janis Machala.
Janis is the managing partner and co-founder of Paladin Partners, a venture acceleration firm. Within the start-up community, Janis is very well-known for her ability to work with early-stage companies to help validate the idea and the market potential, fill out the management team, refine the pitch, AND help obtain angel or VC funding.

FINANCIAL AID, SCHOLARHIPS AND GRANTS

  • FASFA Form
    The 2007-08 FASFA Form is now available. The UW Office of Student Financial Aid's priority filing date is February 28.
  • Group Health Administrative Diversity Fellowship
    Award includes summer and 2nd year internship, $10,000 scholarship and one-year post graduate employment. Application deadline is March 23, 2007.
  • Grants and Funding Information Service (GFIS)
    The list above is only a sample of scholarships available and not all scholarships provide the MBA Programs Office with announcements. To search for additional sources of funding, access the resources of the GFIS Office in the Suzzallo Library. A schedule of their winter quarter workshops here.
  • ASUW T-Shirt.pdf
    The Associated Students of the University of Washington (ASUW) is searching for a T-shirt design that best embodies what it means to attend the University of Washington. The selected design will be featured on the first-ever Husky Tee, proceeds of which will be used to help provide support for students confronted with emergency situations. The winning designer receives a $2300 scholarship for spring quarter. For more details, click here.

Fulltime Class of 2008: Scholarship Information

  • 2007-08 MBA Scholarship Application is now available. The priority application deadline is April 16. If you have questions about scholarships, email mbaschol. (Please note: 2006-07 scholarships are not automatically renewed, and you need to reapply for 2007-08 funds.)
  • McGowan Scholarship APPLICATION CHANGE
    The McGowan Foundation has added a cover letter requirement to this scholarship. An updated application is posted on the MBA web site, and the change is marked in the "Application Process" section. Please contact Wendie Phillips if you have any questions.
