The Sales Certificate Program is designed to help you build the foundation for one of the business world’s most challenging and lucrative careers. Businesses are searching for employees who understand and apply ethical sales practices, have skills in relationship selling, knows how to “create” partnerships with their customers, how to manage and add value to large accounts and how to develop new business.
Students from the Foster School started competing in the National Collegiate Sales Competition held at Kennesaw State University near Atlanta , GA, in 2005. Since 2007, the Foster School of Business student teams have consistently placed in the top 10 awards.

This year's team of Britnee Weza, a Communication major, and Jennifer Kautzky, a Psychology major, traveled to Kennesaw State University near Atlanta, GA for the 2009 National Collegiate Sales Competition scheduled for February 26-28, 2009. The competition included 53 universities (undergraduate and graduate), chosen by invitation only. Along with competing against other university participants, the students have the opportunity to meet with NCSC's corporate sponsors who also attend the competition and act as judges in the competitions.
