Stimulating classroom exchanges bring together lectures and discussion for an active, participatory environment that energizes the learning process. The rich dialog among students and professors provides a platform to share perspectives about the theories, case studies and lecture materials.

Hands-on case analysis allows TMMBA students to learn about real world business situations and how to best evaluate the situations by applying concepts and strategies acquired throughout the program.

Small study teams draw on each member’s diverse academic background, occupation and company experience to take a project from inception to completion.

TMMBA portal gives access to program materials through the TMMBA online course management system. Faculty members post assignments along with select presentations and case studies. Students can make the most of their time in the classroom by accessing assignments and submitting exams electronically as well as exchanging files and posting discussion items for other students.

Optional review sessions are scheduled throughout the quarter and provide students with additional help and guidance on course materials. Review sessions are held on non-class nights and are facilitated by instructors or their teaching assistants.

Off-site sessions enhance the learning experience. The program begins with an Orientation Offsite, and the Leadership Offsite takes place prior to Autumn Quarter.
