Writing Skills Assessment dates and registration for Winter 2010 admission have not yet been posted. They will be announced as soon as possible but no later than August 2009.

Instruction Sheet

Read through the instruction sheet before you start to fill out your WSA registration form. The WSA is administered by the Undergraduate Programs Office and the registration forms must be returned to our office, along with the appropriate fee (check or money order only).

On-Campus Registration Form

Complete this side of the form if you wish to take the WSA at the University of Washington in Seattle. To take the WSA at UW-Bothell or UW-Tacoma, contact those institutions. If you wish to test at an institution other than the University of Washington, complete the Off-Campus registration form.

Off-Campus Registration Form

If you live more than 50 miles from or have more than a 90 minute commute to any UW campus, you may use this form to register to take the WSA at an institution other than the University of Washington.
